Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders typically ship between 2-8 business days after they are placed. This excludes weekends and holidays. 

Return Policy 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Simply Glistening does not provide return labels except for products that have been damaged during shipping. If you received the wrong item or your item was damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging and condition. You will need to provide your full name, order number, and tracking number. From there we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we have received your return an immediate refund (no including shipping) will be given. If you would like to continue with a return, please email us at sales@simplyglistening.com. Allow 7-10 business days for refund to be available on your account. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. 

Simply Glistening reserves, the right to deny any returns or refunds if it does not fit our policy. 

Damages and Issues 

When receiving your items please inspect your order and contact us immediately if any items are damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you did receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.  

Product Warranty 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Our jewelry should be treated with care, and we are not held responsible for mistreatment. All products details are listed underneath each product so please make sure to view all details before purchasing. 

Care Guide 

1. Avoid getting wet! Remove when entering water. 

2. When not in use jewelry should be neatly stored

3. Avoid direct contact with perfume.

4. Remove before sleeping

5. Remove before working out

6. Clean and polish with soft cloth 

Pick Up Information 

If you chose pickup option, please make sure to message me on Instagram or email me your order number and name. From there we will schedule a pickup time and date that works best for you.

❗️Please be aware that you will have 10 days to pick up your items if the 10 days have past you will automatically be refunded.❗️
